Delivery Policy:

LOAB Solutions will provide digital marketing services to the client, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SMO, and strategic business consulting. These services will be provided on a monthly basis, with progress reports and team calls scheduled regularly.

Compensation:

The client will pay a monthly retainer fee, due on the first day of each thirty-day period. LOAB Solutions will receive a commission based on the advertising budget managed, as displayed in the Google ads. The client cannot hold monthly fees even if the campaign is paused or live before the end of the contract. The client may cancel the service agreement with a written notice of fifteen business days, and they will not be charged for this notice period.

Refund Policy:

LOAB Solutions does not guarantee any specific level of performance or results, and it does not provide refunds for services rendered.

Full refund will be made if you secede to cancel our services within 24 hrs of making the payment.

If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 24 hrs then you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project. The balance will be credited to the account from which you made payment within 45 days of cancellation.

Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of next billing cycle.

If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.

If you signed up for our services, but did not make use of them then you are still entitled to pay us.

Amount of refund will be credited in the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.

Cancellation of Service:

The client may cancel the service agreement by providing fifteen business days’ notice, and they will not be charged for this notice period. LOAB Solutions reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time, and services will continue until the end of the thirty-day period.

Liability Waiver:

The client waives the right to hold LOAB Solutions responsible for any damage and/or liability that may arise from its actions on behalf of the client.

Service Interruption:

LOAB Solutions shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by an occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to laws, proclamations, ordinances, regulations, or platform service interruptions. In the event of a service interruption, either party may terminate the agreement upon ten days’ written notice.

Suspension of Ad Accounts:

If Google or Facebook terminates the client’s advertising account, LOAB Solutions is not responsible, and the client agrees to hold LOAB Solutions harmless in the event of the client’s ad account being terminated. The client agrees to attempt to reactivate the account or set up a new advertising account to allow LOAB Solutions to continue its work under this agreement, and LOAB Solutions agrees to cooperate and assist to the best of its ability.

SEO Refund Policy

LOAB Solutions will not be liable for refund or guarantee of top search ranking under the following circumstances:

In case of effect on SEO ranking due to changes in ranking algorithm, policies or functionality of search engines.

Link building, a part of SEO, is carried out based on the information you provide us. In case the URLs given by you are incorrect, we will not be responsible for any subsequent errors and there will be not be any refunds or money back guarantee.

LOAB Solutions will not be responsible for SEO results if the client engages with any other third party SEO services.

Number of times and rank of a website appearing on the search list varies and thus an immediate change in the search ranking cannot be guaranteed.

Any adverse effect on ranking due to changes in website content by the client or third party service provider hired by them.

We make no guarantee that our SEO services will show the client’s website in top ten search rank. However, understand that we work in your best interest and put in our best effort to provide genuinely profitable results. Our aim is to make your life simpler and your business more lucrative.
